炒黑胡椒螃蟹: chǎo hēi hú jiāo pángxiè

a) It smells so good. What are you cooking?

怎么好香啊. 你在做什么菜?

zēnme hǎo xiāng a. nǐ zài zuò shénme cài?

b) What flavoring does it need for cooking black pepper crab?

做黑胡椒螃蟹需要什么调料?

zuò hēi hújiāo pángxiè xūyào shénme tiáoliào

c) Put crab into oil, and fry it until it turns red.

. 把螃蟹放入油, 然后中炸成红色.

bǎ pángxiè fàng rù yóu, ránhòu zhōng zhà chéng hóngsè.

d) Put black pepper into (pot) and fry together for a few seconds

把黑胡椒放入锅里, 一起炒几秒钟.

bǎ fàng rù hēi hújiāo, yíqǐ chǎo jǐ miǎozhōng.

e) At last, put into crab, fry together for one minute, then it’s done.

后把螃蟹放入,一起炒一分钟,就好了.
